台灣大哥大4G (268專案) 降速後的速度

最近辦了台灣大哥大4G (268專案),超過使用量後被降速。原本想說至少還有128Kbps可以用, 沒想到下載速度不到20kbps, 比早期的modem速度還不如,真的只能看看文字檔而已, 連圖片都開不了。 唉~~看來還是要花大錢..不免想要報怨一下

以上為本人的錯，128bps=16kB/s , 台灣大哥大的限速是符合合約的，是我搞錯速度單位的。
