《獎參條例》通過　交通部：現無其他財改方案

立法院交通委員會今天審議《獎勵民間參與交通建設條例部份條文修正草案》，交通部代理部長陳建宇在會前接受媒體採訪時表示，立法院本會期只剩下2周，在高鐵財改案未能獲得立院支持通過下，高鐵公司瀕臨破產之際，要能維持高鐵營運不中斷，避免影響員工權益，希望能盡快通過獎勵民間參與交通建設條例部份條文修正草案， 或是高鐵五大原始股東能再增資。結果該條例在15分鐘內通過。
 
至於民進黨團總召柯建銘昨請託立法院長王金平邀集朝野協商，希望在「政府接管高鐵」之外，尋求其他解套方案。陳建宇說，如果有其他財改方案可以再來談論，但目前並沒有其他的財改方案。（陳如嬌／台北報導）
