手術後發現未腦死 德醫師停摘器官

德國外科醫師為一名「死亡」病人摘除器官時，發現他尚未腦死，中途停止手術。德國醫學會（German Medical Association）將立案調查。

英國「每日郵報」（Daily Mail）報導，德國不來梅（Bremen）地區一家醫院的醫師切開病人腹部後，發現這名病人根據嚴謹規定仍活著。

醫療團隊本來是要摘除病人捐贈的器官。

不過，「南德日報」（Sueddeutsche Zeitung）報導，外科醫師根據醫療規定，發現病人沒有腦死，馬上停止手術。

知情人士告訴南德日報：「這名男子的腦部可能受損得非常嚴重，以致他無法恢復正常生活，但只要他未確診腦死，沒有人知道將發生什麼事。」

南德日報報導，德國醫學會將調查這起事件，釐清事情原委。
