查石磚砸死人責任歸屬 檢今勘驗

台北市忠孝東路四段的聯合報大樓外牆花崗石磚，昨天晚上意外掉落砸中兩名路人，造成一死一傷。今天上午，台北地檢署指派檢察官前往現場勘驗，釐清責任歸屬。
