標題[問題] 工研院派遣與私人企業正職員工哪個好？

如題，最近面試行政相關工作，工研院與一般中小企業皆有錄取。 因薪資方面大同小異，但福利感覺工研院似乎比較好一些(?)因此目前比較傾向去工研院 就職，但很多親友都認為派遣沒有保障，覺得我應該找一份正職工作比較穩定，因此想詢 問一下大家的意見.... 若最後決定去工研院，請問美程、東慧和才庫三家派遣有較推薦的嗎？ 好多問題夾雜在一起，現在整個很苦惱啊啊啊..... p.s.我是私立普大畢業，目前25y -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.72.33.172 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1426181900.A.A9F.html
