看好台中捷運綠線預計2018年全線試營運，交通便利的捷運宅吸引相當多北部客，松竹路捷運站附近的建案每坪已站上30萬，登陽建商也搶進沿著捷運展開布局，其中，「登陽仰峰」目前成交客戶高達五成都是北部客。

登陽建設經理林立表示，捷運沿線行情加溫，年初推出的「穗悅」，每坪開價26萬元，新建案「登陽仰峰」總銷25億元，每坪已漲到32至39萬元，仍吸引很多北客青睞，尤其捷運綠線正好從松竹路G3站一路串聯11期、水湳經貿園區、新市政中心、戶外圓滿劇場、8期豐樂公園直達高鐵站，對捷運題材感受很深的北客專門南下置產。

「登陽仰峰」基地面積約1100坪，鄰近捷運綠線G3站，附近的捷運特區預計2017年交地，潭子系統連結國道4號也將施工，未來上國道將更便利。附近私立名校林立，有磊川中小學、葳格中學等。
