嚇人的手機維修費.如何自救

去年11月11日我買了一支三星note2手機.最近卻無法開機.於是我在5月17日送到當初購買的電信行.3天後他來店跟我說需要近八千的維修費! 搶人嗎?前後算算這隻手機才半年 而且還在保固期間這價錢會不會太嚇人了?
她說我的手機受潮不在保固內.小姐我也是正常使用中又沒將它丟到水裏為何會受潮??況且我朋友也曾手機受潮.人家聯強幫他免費換機版.她說我的不只是換機板就能好的.我的壞了3個地方.我傻眼了.才半年的手機壞了3個地方那我自不是該懷疑你們賣壞的手機給我??
請問各位知識+除了找消保處我還有哪可尋.讓我的損失減到最低~
