需事前審查的醫材、藥物　人工膝關節最多

目前針對特定醫材、藥物，醫療院所要先向健保署申請事前審查，經核准才能使用，該署今發布去年事前審查統計，共28萬件，其中人工膝關節等特殊材料16.8萬件最多，其次為失智症藥物等藥品9.3萬件。約有1成6因理由不充足而遭退件。
 
在事前審查醫材中，以人工膝關節、人工髖關節的申請數量醉多；失智症用藥則是藥品中第一名，其次為黃斑部病變用藥、肺腺癌用藥等。
 
為方便一般民眾了解事前審查案件的審查進度，健保署今也宣布，開放民眾可在健保署全球資訊網首頁／一般民眾／網路申辦及查詢／保險對象事前審查案件進度查詢，透過讀卡機及自然人憑證登入網站後，即可查詢事前審查案件進度。（邱俊吉／台北報導）
