莫迪就任後 印陸邊界代表首會晤

印度、中國大陸邊界問題特別代表明天在新德里展開第18次會晤，這是印度總理莫迪政府任內兩國特別代表首度會晤。

印度外交部今天上午發布新聞稿說，在印度國家安全顧問多瓦爾（Ajit Doval）邀請下，中國大陸國務委員楊潔篪22至24日訪印度。兩位邊界問題特別代表將在新德里展開第18次會晤。

此前，北京召喚印度大使康特（A.K. Kantha）抗議莫迪（Narendra Modi）2月到訪兩國東段爭議領土阿魯納查省（Arunachal Pradesh）。邊界問題特別代表第18次會晤在此背景下展開。

陸方稱阿省為「藏南」，實際由印度掌控。

莫迪（Narendra Modi）將在就職週年前夕於5月訪北京。印度外長蘇希瑪．史瓦拉吉（Sushma Swaraj）2月初曾在北京曾說：「兩國擁有有能力領導人，他們都熱衷獲致不同於以往的解決之道。」

解決兩國邊界問題3階段包括接受指導原則、訂出邊界架構、最終劃界。雙方2005年簽訂「解決中印邊界問題政治指導原則」協定，目前邊界談判處在第2階段。
