【胡守得／台北報導】手機大廠宏達電驚爆內鬼案，設計部門副總經理簡志霖等3名高階主管，謊稱數月前發表的一款手機外殼，是委由威信電通科技股份有限公司以近1000萬設計，實際上卻是簡嫌等人向威信實際負責人張俊宜索取發票從中詐財，張男到坦承提供發票，今晨1時20分訊後，檢察官將他依違反商業會計法以10萬元交保候傳。
 
檢調表示，張嫌到案坦承提供發票供簡嫌等人向宏達電請款詐財，但辯指不是賣發票，而是基於長久的合作利益著想，無償提供，讓簡嫌等人得以在今年5月到7月間，成功以不實發票向公司請款千萬，再支付發票營業稅額等約110萬給張嫌繳稅。
