制裁俄國 歐盟可能禁購俄債

路透報導，3位歐盟消息人士指出，歐盟對俄羅斯祭出的新制裁可能包括禁止購買新的俄國國庫券。

由於俄軍入境烏克蘭東南部，協助親俄民兵攻打烏克蘭政府軍，歐盟領袖上周作成一周內提出制裁俄國建議。歐盟大使1日起就建議展開討論，德國總理1日表示，不能對俄國在烏國的行徑置之不理，即使制裁可能傷害德國經濟。
