1元退稅25元郵資 納稅人啼笑皆非

去年繳交的所得稅，國稅局陸續退稅，苗栗市黃姓市民退稅一元，他今天把這張退稅一元國庫支票PO在臉書，網友議論紛紛，其中兩人表示也收到同樣是一元退稅支票，有網友認為是「擾民」，有人建議留下來當紀念品，百或裱起來當作傳家之寶，或留下當故事的證據。

黃姓市民說，一元支票也不知道銀行會不會收，寄這張國庫支票，郵資廿五元，信封、紙張，差不多五元，共卅元左右，還不算人工等其他成本，卻「寄一張一塊錢給我，我看這一塊錢捐出去好了」。

國稅局苗栗分局秘書李瑞賢表示，一元退稅不敷成本，過去做法是兩百元以下不退稅，但因去年遭立委質疑「吃錢」，財政部規定無論金額大小都要退稅，分局已向上級反映，建議金額非常少，研商不退稅。
