國際油價下跌。投資者擔憂美國政府機關暫停運作，美國作為全球最大原油消耗國的需求將會減少，不利油價。

紐約11月期油收市報每桶102.33美元，跌54美分。

倫敦布倫特期油收市報每桶108.37美元，跌26美分。

總結9月份紐約期油跌4.6%，布倫特期油跌5.1%。

不過，第3季紐約期油及布倫特期油分別升6.3%及5.8%，受中東緊張局勢8月升級，帶動油價上揚。
