紐國奇異果未降價 公平會近期公布

公平交易委員會主委吳秀明表示，台紐經濟合作協定生效後，業者受惠於紐西蘭蘋果、奇異果、奶粉及奶油等進口商品調降進口關稅，卻未同步調降價格，近期公平會將公布調查結果。

不過吳秀明指出，目前看來還好，沒有聯合行為的情形，他也說，影響業者的成本因素很多，不只關稅一項。

公平會今赴立院經濟委員會作業務報告，吳秀明會前受訪作上述表示。針對日圓貶值，日貨未跟著跌價，吳秀明也說，公平會已在了解，但若不是涉及聯合行為、不當定價或垂直約定價格等違反公平法的情況，「我們也沒有介入的空間。」

吳秀明說，經近期查訪，也請業者說明，目前沒有看到明顯的聯合行為。
