(中央社台北2日電)全球面臨氣候變遷挑戰，薩爾瓦多開始積極推動節能用電文化，與各公家機關、私人企業與大學等機構透過簽署瞭解備忘錄方式推動節能減碳，希望藉此降低能源成本，保護地球資源。

薩爾瓦多國家能源委員會(CNE)於2009年發表薩爾瓦多國家能源政策，與各公家機關、私人企業及大學等機構透過簽署瞭解備忘錄方式推動及宣導節能減碳的用電文化。

根據CNE及聯合國開發計畫署(PNUD)統計指出，薩國公部門用電量占該國總用電量12%，其中70%為薩國政府單位，包含薩國社會保險機構、教育部、衛生部及司法安全部。

薩國總用電量88%為薩國私部門用電，其中包含民生用電、商業用電及工業用電。

民生用電主要為冰箱、電視、電熨斗、電腦、照明、冷氣，其中民生用電尖峰時刻為晚間6點至9點。

工業用電主要為機器設備，占68%，例如照明、冷氣、及電腦等。商業用電則主要為冷氣機、照明及電腦，商業用電尖峰時刻為早上8點至下午4點，晚上7點至10點。CNE表示，薩爾瓦多將持續推動節能減碳概念，並將教導企業透過有效利用能源降低成本、保護環境、加強競爭力並推動企業社會責任。(中央社)
