「2014永不放棄─塔塔加之探索新中橫」自由車活動，今晨6時鳴槍起跑，1500名選手從海拔243公尺的水里鄉公所，衝向標高2610公尺的玉山塔塔加，將以無比韌性和毅力，挑戰72公里山路，及近2400公尺的海拔落差，預計下午3時公布成績。(楊靜茹／南投報導)
