蔡淑君議員說，大部分孩子都想要玩具或文具，也有孝順的孩子希望買家裡需要的東西，幫助爸媽減輕負擔，心願可說五花八門。
但最讓蔡淑君議員感動的是，有35個學生在圓夢卡上寫下「希望抽中後能將這分心願化作捐款，給社會上更需要的人」，而且這些學生大多是小學生。
蔡淑君議員指出，雖然500元以下的禮物很微薄，卻能給孩子一個希望，甚至激發學生的愛心，把心願轉送給別人，也是這項活動最有意義之處，希望孩子們從小把愛心深植心中，隨時行善
