搖搖洛克母馬縮水50%　屠城基隆180天

超人氣的搖搖洛克馬，今年7月在基隆海洋廣場展出頗受好評，基隆市文化局再度邀請裝置藝術家何文彬操刀，製作第2代作品「搖搖洛克母馬」，比起上一代的洛克馬SIZE，硬生生縮水一半為長4.15公尺、寬1.55公尺、高3.2公尺，重1.3公噸。
 
基隆市文化局指出，洛克馬造型童趣、顏色鮮明使人愉悅，「現代人生活緊張壓力大，具有療癒效果，是最有fu的親善大使。」預計本周日在基隆海洋廣場登場，展出至明年6月30日為期半年，主辦單位也替洛克母馬投下200萬保險。
 
創作者何文彬說，這是全球首隻洛克母馬，改以橘色亮相，採用宜蘭黃波斯菊花的橘色，記者追問「是因為基隆市預算縮水，洛克馬的SIZE跟著變小嗎？」何文彬解釋說，50%的尺寸考量到搬運、組裝及擺設過程較便利，與預算無關。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
