頂新案魏應充1億元現金交保

前頂新集團董事長魏應充日前赴法庭應訊時表情凝重。本報系資料庫

魏應充委任律師昨天深夜提出聲請夜保解除羈押，地院法官今天凌晨裁定，魏應充以新台幣1億元交保。

除魏應交外，其餘被告包括陳茂嘉、楊振益以及常梅峰等人，法官都裁定新台幣500萬元交保，4人都遭法官限制住居，而法官裁定後，魏應充的親友已將新台幣1億元的現金陸續送達法院。
