台電取消核四回饋 綠營批現實

新北市議會民進黨團表示，台電公司作風太現實，核四才停工，雙溪及貢寮回饋金就停止補助，過往敦親睦鄰作為都只是假象。

民進黨團表示，市議會目前正進行新北市政府今年度總預算案審查，但台電公司以核四廠停工封存為由，停止偏鄉地區回饋金補助，已導致地方民眾強烈反彈。

黨團總召集人鄭金隆議員表示，台電公司作風太現實，核四才停工，雙溪及貢寮回饋金就停止補助，這些偏鄉長期資源不足，若少了台電回饋金的支持，將讓許多基層工作停擺。

他表示，貢寮區編列104年度民政業務新台幣6700萬元，其中台電回饋金占4030萬、雙溪區編列民政業務3673萬，台電回饋金占2700萬，試問少了台電補助金，區政業務該如何推動？

他強調，台電回饋經費多用於補助塵肺症、洗腎慰問金、反射鏡及交通標誌標線設置、社區設備設施維護及橋梁結構安全等修繕，期盼市府立即與台電協調，讓區政服務不至於中斷。
