亂穿洞洞　小心結構受損

什麼！穿樑對結構安全影響很大~~那是不是就不可在家亂打「洞洞」、亂穿管線哩？《蘋果》訪問結構技師戴雲發，他強調穿樑位置若不正確，或穿樑後沒做適當補強，就可能破壞建築結構！
 
戴雲發解釋，柱子兩側的「樑端圍束區」因地震時的受力最大，所以不可在此區穿樑。他建議應選樑柱「中間區」，剪力較小處做穿樑補強規劃較安全，而穿樑處通常以塑膠套管包覆內部管線，外圍再用鋼筋填補挖空的水泥，未來若遇到地震等外力時，穿洞的周圍較不易因龜裂，而影響居安。
 
另外，戴雲發提醒，一般家中排油煙機因管線較粗，對結構安全威脅也較大，建議做穿樑規劃時要特別謹慎。（鄒雯涵／綜合報導）
