(中央社記者林琳柏林29日專電）80多個國家和地區的代表今天在柏林簽署協議，將透過資訊交換共同打擊逃漏稅。

德國財政部長蕭伯樂（Wolfgang Schaeuble）表示，未來簽署國的國民若想移產海外逃稅，被逮的可能性極高。

在歐盟贊助下的「稅務透明和資訊交換全球論壇」（Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange ofInformation for Tax Purposes）昨天和今天在柏林舉行兩天會議，討論如何查緝資產外移逃漏稅的問題。

根據法國籍的財稅學者祖克曼（Gabriel Zucman)的估計，全球富人藏在海外避稅天堂的資金高達5.8兆歐元，而每年各國因而少收的稅金總和大約是1300億歐元。

今天與會的國家和地區中，有51個國家簽署明年9月就開始交換資訊的協議；另外大約有30個國家和地區，包括奧地利、瑞士、巴哈馬群島及阿拉伯聯合大公國等，簽署承諾從2018年開始加入資訊交換。(中央社)
