(即時)正新橡膠評等升至「twA+」

中華信用評等今天將正新橡膠的企業信用評等，由「twA／twA-2」調升為「twA+／twA-1」，長期信用評等的評等展望為「穩定」。

同時，中華信評將正新橡膠無擔保普通公司債之債務發行評等，由「twA」調升至「twA+」。

中華信評指出，正新橡膠應可在未來兩年中產生顯者的自由營運現金流量，並藉此小幅降低借款水準，使其借款對息前稅前折舊及攤銷前（EBITDA）比，可繼續保持在低於1.5倍的水準。

正新橡膠的資本支出與現金股利發放規模雖然較高，但該公司強勁的獲利能力則為其維持現金流量的後盾所在。
