標題[問題] 這種情況該如何捍衛自己權益？離職？

我本身就不是個善於爭取各項權益的人 本部門原本是我一個人上班負責，做了一年多已經完全上手 最近因為業務量比較大,老闆另聘一位大學生當工讀生和我輪班 重點是竟然要我去配合一位兼職的工讀生的課表來上班 工讀生如果去上課，他的時段就由我來上 而且事先都沒和我討論，也不先了解我到底哪些時段有空 我有種完全不受尊重的感覺 (有聽過全職的要去配合兼職的嗎？) 其實我也不是沒得商量，只是完全沒問過我就要我去配合很不愉快 請問這樣的情況下 如果不想接受老闆的安排，該如何適度表達自己的意見呢？ 該離職嗎？麻煩幫忙提供意見，謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.83.204.98 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1424963767.A.6F5.html
