投考警察, 家底並不是最重要, 因為考既係你自己而非你家底. 你都要有番咁上下學歷, 體能, 身高等最低入職要求才可以投考的. 如果連最低要求都未達到, 就算有幾清白家底都無用啦!

但家底若非清白(即家人曾犯過罪, 有案底, 坐過監, 有黑社會背景等) 就會對能否成功投考到警察有影響了, 因為大多數家底有問題的都未必受聘的, 當然亦會有例外. 我識的一位朋友他年青時曾犯事(輕微罪行), 受了警司警誡, 而家都做緊警察啦.
