貨車煞車管被剪斷　懷疑檢舉竊盜遭報負

基市陳姓車主，今年5月下午開著小貨車外出，當啟動引擎後，就察覺到煞車系統怪怪的，不太靈光，陳男於是以低速檔檔煞及手煞車，慢慢滑下山到車廠檢修，陳男原以為是車齡子老舊，機件磨損所致，詎料送檢後，才發現是煞車油管遭破壞，陳姓車主想起之前曾檢舉另名陳姓男子竊盜，懷疑是對方挾怨報負，剪斷煞車油管的，控告陳嫌殺人未遂罪；被告陳男辯稱，曾到過事發現場遛狗，但否認破壞小貨車煞車管，由於煞車管都是車廠技師的指紋，沒有採集到其他可疑指紋，沒有目擊証人，監視器也沒有拍到陳嫌靠近貨車破壞的畫面，罪嫌不足，不起訴處分。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
