美容美髮、廣告企劃等明年起不適責任制

勞動部正式公告，自明年元旦起，包括美容美髮業、廣告業客務企劃人員等14類職務，將不再適用責任制，總計約7萬名勞工可望脫離責任制行業。

勞動部公告的14類職務包括美容美髮工作者、銀行業僱用經理職以上人員、證券商外勤高級業務員、業務員領有證照者、廣告業僱用創作人員、廣告業客務企劃人員、電影片映演業主管人員、海軍各造船廠指泊工、各港務局起重船船員、管理顧問業管理顧問、建築師事務所個案經理、建築規劃設計人員、室內設計裝修業個案經理人、專業規劃設計人員、營造業設計人員、建築及工程技術服務業計畫主辦人員、工程規劃設計人員和莫拉克災後重建會公務車駕駛。
