標題[問題] 開啟word文件後跳出無開啟權限的視窗

前天早上開啟word文件，突然說我沒有開啟權限，連複製、貼上、上傳檔案都被拒絕… 但是查看檔案內容中的安全性選項，每一個權限選項都是允許的。 重開機好幾次打不開， 有進入安全模式內，但安全模式內無法開啟，可以複製檔案。此時有把檔案傳給朋友，但 朋友開啟時是亂碼。 有嘗試用記事本開但還是開不了 後來試著重灌word，新灌word可以新增檔案，但也無法開啟舊的所有word檔 最後去控制台看我的帳戶身分，發現我只是使用者…更改為系統管理員後，重開機確認自 己是系統管理員後檔案依然打不開……… 不確定這個狀況跟normal.dotm有沒有關係，之前有幾次存檔時電腦跑出是否要覆蓋原有n ormal的視窗，但我沒有覆蓋，而是另存新檔(發生了幾次，所以新存了3個normal檔名)。 後來想起可能是這個問題，有把多的normal.dotm都刪掉了，但是檔案還是無法開啟。 還是有可能是McAee的問題嗎？ 檔案打不開當天，多了一個這個桌面捷徑，而且在控制台想刪這個程式也刪不了… 不知道有沒有人知道這該怎麼解決，救回舊的檔案呢？謝謝！ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.243.95.79 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Windows/M.1419257117.A.447.html
