扁醫療報告 還未送到法務部

前總統陳水扁保外就醫的鑑定報告，截止中午尚未送到法務部，陳水扁何時能離開台中監獄培德醫院，目前仍未定。前副總統呂秀蓮上午入監探視後受訪，她強調阿扁怕被騙，還沒打包，她要在監獄外絕食，「如果今天不放人就不走」。

陳水扁保外就醫全國關注，不少支持者聚集在台中監獄外，聲援陳水扁。有一名婦人經過，對挺扁人士說「這個貪汙總統是你們選出來，還要聲援什麼」，挺扁人士群情激憤，對該婦人辱罵毆打、拳腳相向，警方趕緊架離雙方，將婦人護送離開。

呂秀蓮一早前往探視，她問扁「打包好了嗎？要準備回家」，扁回答「沒有通知，上次打包過覺得被騙，等確定再說」。呂秀蓮說，她要在監獄外繼續絕食，如果今天不放陳水扁，她就不離開。
