廢食用油回收政策 1月1日上路

環保署推行廢食用油合法回收政策，明天1月1日起上路，商家必須交付廢食用油給領有廢食用油工作證的合法清除機構及人員，以免受罰。

雲林縣環保局今天表示，事業產出廢食用油未交付合法清除機構清理，及相關文件未妥善保存3年，經查獲將依違反廢棄物清理法規定，處以新台幣6000元至3萬元罰鍰，籲請商家全力配合。

目前雲林縣合法取得廢食用油工作證業者共4家，詳細名單可至環保署清除處理機構服務管理資訊系統：http://wcds.epa.gov.tw查詢。而流動攤販及小吃部等產出廢食用油屬一般廢棄物，可交由各地清潔隊妥善清理。
