生薑絲二氧化硫超量　地檢署查上游

雲林縣衛生局上月初赴西螺果菜市場抽查，抽檢11件生薑絲樣品中，有6件二氧化硫超標，今天衛生局再赴西螺果菜市場擴大抽查。

雲林縣衛生局表示，追查發現違規業者所使用的二氧化硫係向嘉義市台榮食品進貨，台榮食品涉嫌將二氧化硫冒稱是銨明礬，賣給業者漂白生薑絲，二者雖然都被容許使用，但二氧化硫容許量不得超過0.03PPM的標準，台榮食品已經違法，嘉義地檢署稍早同步至該公司稽查。（林靜盛／雲林報導）
