標題[問題] 二選一的談薪方式？

大家好，最近面試了兩家銀行的業務缺， A是比較想去的 B是備胎，我在這個職位的經驗約五年 B比較早拿到Offer，薪資是底47K + 業績獎金，比預期中的高一些 A過兩天要去談薪水，依當初報名時的資料看來，薪水也許會壓得比較低 (35K起，依工作年資談，猜想可能會落在40K~45K之間+獎金吧) 但A公司在業界來說牌子較大，環境跟客戶資源基本上應該都會比較好一些 基本上是比較希望去A工作，然後薪資盡可能拉到B公司給的水準 想請問各位前輩， 若我後續去A公司談薪的時候， 1.該不該提到B公司已經給我Offer，以及B公司給我的薪資條件？ 這樣會不會弄巧成拙，因為開的薪資超過A公司給薪的範圍 　反而把到手的A公司Offer弄丟了？ 2.如果A公司底薪就是開的比B公司低， 大家最多可以忍受多少K的差距，還是到A公司去上班？ 煩請大家提供一些意見參考，感謝～ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 59.113.64.82 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1431325208.A.AD3.html
