柯文哲今表示，若北市民調逾三成就參選

台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲今天表示，如果他在全台北市的民調超過百分之五十，他一定宣布參選，「起碼要達三、四成以上」。

柯文哲在下午參加台灣公義會的記者會上，並沒有針對何時參選鬆口。他說，今天不算是宣布參選，而是每隔一段時間向人民報告。
