呂秀蓮慰問洪石成家屬

前副總統呂秀蓮昨天前往小琉球，慰問廣大興28號受害漁民洪石成家屬。她表示，台灣的人民都挺洪家，一定要向菲律賓討回公道。

呂秀蓮除了祭拜洪石成，慰問家屬，隨後也前往琉球鄉公所聽取簡報。

她表示，每年黑鮪魚游流到台灣與菲律賓重疊海域時，剛好是成熟期，味道鮮美、價格看俏，也是近年來引發台菲海權爭端的一大因素。她希望日後能邀集產官學各方面的專家研議，除了加強黑鮪魚保育，更希望協助琉球漁民轉型，才不會世世代代出海捕魚，過著看天吃飯的日子。

廣大興28號漁船受害者洪石成今天上午將出殯，包含行政院政務委員兼台灣省主席林政則、農委會、外交部和法務部等單位10多名中央官員將參加公祭。
