空總變更商業用地 40%回饋給市府

針對空總舊址開發案，台北市長郝龍斌認為，財政部原規劃大規模的商業開發，不是最妥善的方式，他希望未來達成中央、地方雙贏。

北市副市長張金鶚說，空總目前是軍事機關用地，未來申請變更為商業用地，依規定要回饋40%給北市府，市府會做最大的公共利益使用。
