求救!!請問有高手可以幫忙處理EURO CITY火車票的問題嗎? - 2014-12-13, 19:21

麻煩各位高手一下!!小弟的情形是這樣:
我的行程是坐飛機到蘇黎世機場，再從瑞士蘇黎世火車站坐到義大利米蘭火車站，因為瑞士國鐵開放EURO CITY訂票日為一個月前，義大利國鐵是三個月前開放訂票日，所以我就上義大利國鐵網站訂了票。
訂購成功後，我收到了義大利國鐵網站寄來的E-mail，但是裡面只有訂購明細，並沒有火車票的PDF檔。當下我開始緊張了!!馬上上義大利國鐵網站查詢，但是卻找不到聯絡的方式。只有打國際電話，但是又不懂義大利文。或是自行到義大利的火車站購票機取票(這對我來說是不可能的)
請問一下，我到蘇黎世火車站時，可以用我的訂購明細跟PNR Code搭EURO CITY嗎?
或者是我可以在蘇黎世火車站取票嗎?
又或者是我可以請義大利國鐵寄票給我呢?

拜託有人可以幫忙處理嗎?
還是有人現在在義大利旅遊，願意幫忙取票帶回台灣呢?
