扛卡式爐問題請教

小弟下禮拜要到關西京都待兩個禮拜。

小弟朋友託從日本帶回一台　卡式爐　回台(約重三公斤)，請問有什麼注意事項嗎？
有必須要申報嗎？

因第一次帶這物品，怕被關西機場海關以及台灣海關攔下。
