台北市長柯文哲今（6）日在市政會議會後記者會上證實，台北市政府發言人由目前任職市長室的專委林鶴明接任，副發言人則由黃大維擔任。

柯文哲直接當著媒體的面，對黃大維說，「以後你就是他（林鶴明）的代理人」。

現年31歲的林鶴明，是前行政院院長謝長廷子弟兵，2012年曾擔任謝長廷辦公室副主任兼發言人，去年七月柯文哲借將，在柯營擔任新聞聯繫工作；現年27歲的黃大維，原先在民進黨主席蔡英文所屬的「小英之友會」擔任秘書，前年底加入柯文哲競選團隊，負責新聞聯繫工作，算是「元老級」的戰將。

柯文哲今天也證實，他曾徵詢前行政院副院長葉菊蘭，是否願意出任第三位台北市副市長，可惜葉菊蘭給他的感覺是「好像很累的樣子」。
