監院去年12月處理人民陳情1188件

監察院今天發布新聞稿指出，去年12月監察院共處理人民陳情1188件，通過彈劾案3案，彈劾4人。

監察院統計，103年12月共收受1209件人民陳情書狀，其中包含民眾到院陳情163件。

包含11月留待處理案件，監察院去年12月已處理1188件人民陳情，扣除不屬於監察院職權或陳情內容空泛260件，其餘928件，改以案計算，共有617案，其中派查14案。

若把617案再細分，屬於一再陳訴無新事證併案處理者129案；應循或已循司法或行政救濟程序，函復陳訴人依法辦理209案；機關正處理中或屬機關應先行處理或屬建議性，送請機關參處215案；認無違失，函復陳訴人1案；函請機關說明、查處、補送資料49案；據以派查14案。

此外，監察院12月份通過彈劾案3案，彈劾4人。包括彈劾臺灣臺南地方法院檢察署檢察官吳岳輝、李宗榮、臺灣屏東地方法院檢察署檢察官吳文政、國立東華大學前主任秘書蔡裕源4人，都移送司法院或公務員懲戒委員會依法辦理。
