歐洲股市周二連續第四天上漲，並創七年來高點。預期歐洲央行將於本周宣布量化寬鬆(QE)計劃，為利多。

歐洲Stoxx 600指數上漲0.8%，收於355.96，稍早一度上漲1.2%。在19種類股中，銀行股與礦業股漲勢領先。自瑞士央行意外放棄將其貨幣釘住歐元後，過去四天，歐股大盤上漲了4.8%。

分析師說，市場明顯預期歐洲央行將有重大行動。由於對本周推出振興計劃的樂觀增加，歐洲央行是否表示QE將持續至歐洲成長問題獲得解決，重要性因而增加。

歐洲央行將於1月22日舉行會議，預期總裁德拉吉將採取最大行動，推出量化寬鬆，讓歐元區擺脫通貨緊縮。經濟學家說，德拉吉可能宣布5500億歐元(6390億美元)購債計劃。

德國DAX指數創新收盤高點，一份ZEW報告顯示，1月投資人信心上升至11個月高點，高於預期。

西班牙與意大利指數上漲至少0.9%。葡萄牙PSI 20指數則清除稍早漲幅，下跌0.2%。

中國大陸公布第四季GDP成長高於預期，工業生產與零售銷售亦高於預期，Stoxx 600指數中的商品股上漲2.3%。
